We offer Store Credit/exchange within 15 days.
15 days to return for store credit or exchange your item.
If 15 days have gone since you got the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange.
All items are delivered via Hermes you will have a return address in your order that you can stick onto the envelope to return.
In some cases we may offer you other solutions without sending the product back so please contact us.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must be in the original packaging and we require your order ID.
For UK orders
Using the returns address inside your parcel, please visit Hermes to book a collection. https://www.hermesparcelreturn.co.uk/send.html
or simply post back through your local post office. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER INSIDE.
For international orders
Please post back your unwanted items, once returned we will issue store credit.
We strongly encourage using a shipping service that provides a tracking number so you can follow your item in transit.
LEONORA GYPSY is not responsible for shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges..
Once your item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval of your exchange.
Your new items will then be organised in exchange and shipped as normal.
If an item is faulty we offer refunds.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, note that SALE products cannot be refunded.
Please contact us if you need a different size or swap an item and we will be happy to help. It can often be quicker if you need a different size/item to place a new order and ask for a refund on the other.
